QUESTIONS

Shipping to South America: common questions

How long does shipping to South America take?

It depends on the carrier, the routing and the destination port. When you request a quote we give you current transit times for each option.

Do you offer shared containers (LCL)?

Yes. If you do not have enough cargo for a full container, we consolidate it with other shipments so you only pay for the space you use.

What does my buyer need?

Their tax ID for the bill of lading and invoice: CNPJ in Brazil, CUIT in Argentina, RUT in Chile, RUC in Peru or NIT in Colombia. We confirm the rest before booking.

Can you pick up anywhere in the US?

Yes. We arrange trucking from your door anywhere in the country to the departure port or airport.

Do you handle air freight to South America?

Yes. As an IATA-accredited agent we book air cargo directly with the airlines for urgent or high-value shipments.

How do I pay my invoice?

Online through PayCargo. We are Lightning-rated, which means cargo is released within 1 hour of payment.
