Shipping to Europe: common questions
How long does shipping to Europe take?
It depends on the carrier, the routing and the destination port. When you request a quote we give you current transit times for each option.
Do you offer shared containers (LCL)?
Yes. If you do not have enough cargo for a full container, we consolidate it with other shipments so you only pay for the space you use.
What does my buyer in Europe need?
An EORI number to clear customs in the EU or the UK. They normally pay the import duty and VAT. We confirm what they need before your cargo sails.
Can you pick up anywhere in the US?
Yes. We arrange trucking from your door anywhere in the country to the departure port or airport.
Do you handle air freight to Europe?
Yes. As an IATA-accredited agent we book air cargo directly with the airlines for urgent or high-value shipments.
How do I pay my invoice?
Online through PayCargo. We are Lightning-rated, which means cargo is released within 1 hour of payment.
